How we work
Pal's Pharmacy is a licensed retail pharmacy in Naldhera, Shimla. We dispense medicines and provide structured pharmacist-assisted guidance for patients managing long-term conditions — diabetes, BP, thyroid, and elderly care across Himachal Pradesh.
We value honest scope over overstatement. We do what pharmacists are trained to do — and we do it well. We do not pretend to be doctors, and we do not cut corners on patient safety education.
Open Roles
Registered Pharmacist
Support dispensing and patient counselling at our Naldhera pharmacy. B.Pharm or D.Pharm required. HP Pharmacy Council registration required.
- Minimum 1 year dispensing experience
- Strong patient communication skills
- Hindi and basic English required
- Preference for local Himachal candidates
P-PAC Guidance Associate
Assist with structured patient guidance calls for P-PAC. D.Pharm or B.Pharm required. Training provided on the P-PAC system.
- Clear spoken Hindi and Pahari
- Comfort with phone and video calls
- Patient, systematic, detail-oriented
- Remote-friendly — Himachal based preferred
