What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide P-PAC services:

• Contact information — name, phone number, email address (provided voluntarily via form, WhatsApp, or Calendly)
• Health-related information — condition type (e.g. diabetes, BP, thyroid), medicine list, and routine details shared during a P-PAC call. This is shared voluntarily by you to enable the service.
• Booking and scheduling data — appointment date, time, and communication history via Calendly or WhatsApp
• Enquiry form data — name, phone, email, enquiry type, and message submitted via the contact form
• Technical data — browser type, device type, and general page analytics if analytics tools are active on this site

Why we collect it

• To deliver the P-PAC pharmacist guidance call you booked
• To respond to contact form enquiries
• To coordinate scheduling via WhatsApp or Calendly
• To improve our service based on aggregated usage patterns
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your health information with third parties without your explicit consent — except where required by Indian law.

Third-party services we use

• Calendly — scheduling and booking. Calendly Privacy Policy
• WhatsApp (Meta) — coordination and communication. WhatsApp Privacy Policy
• Formspree — contact form submission processing. Formspree Privacy Policy
• Wistia — video hosting for the VSL page. Wistia Privacy Policy

Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them. We are not responsible for their data practices.

How long we keep your data

• Call notes and health information — kept for up to 12 months after your last interaction, then deleted
• Contact form submissions — kept for up to 6 months, then deleted
• Scheduling data (Calendly) — subject to Calendly's own retention policy
• WhatsApp messages — subject to Meta/WhatsApp retention policy. We do not archive WhatsApp chats beyond active communication threads.

Your rights

Under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Amendment) Act, 2008, and IT Rules 2011, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (where legally permissible)
• Withdraw consent for health data processing at any time

Cookies

This site uses browser localStorage to store your theme preference (light/dark) and language preference (EN/HI). No advertising cookies are set. No third-party tracking cookies are set by us directly.

Children

P-PAC services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Family members managing an elderly patient's medicines should provide their own contact details, not the patient's.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of P-PAC services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
